1. Good heat insulation and ventilation measures: The cabinet has a double layers structure with heat insulation material in the interlayer, effectively reducing temperature rise caused by sunshine.


2. Safe and reliable operation: The high voltage side of the transformer substation is equipped with RMU model XGN15-12 and SRM-12, ensuring complete Five-Preventions interlock. Each door frame has a waterproof structure.


3. Convenient operation and maintenance: Each compartment has an automatic lighting device, and the transformer compartment has a track and cart for easy installation, maintenance, and replacement.


4. Beautiful and durable appearance: The cabinet shell is made of high-performance marine zinc-rich epoxy primer and epoxy anticorrosive mortar, providing excellent anticorrosive properties. The surface color can be customized to match the environment. All electrical installations are galvanized, and it features a special anti-blocking and anti-rust universal lock.

Installation

 

The installation of our modular substation is flexible. While the customer or user can design the foundation themselves, the manufacturer can provide the foundation layout to ensure proper installation. It is important to pre-lay the lightning conductors either inside or around the foundation. The grounding cables should consist of at least two lines, and the grounding resistance must be equal to or less than 4 Ohm (R≤4Ω). To ensure waterproofing, the gap between the modular substation and the foundation should be sealed with cement concrete.
