The Ybm-12/0.4 prefabricated substation, also known as the 'European style modular substation', is a compact and modular power distribution substation. The foundation layout for the modular substation can be provided by the manufacturer, or the customer can design it themselves. However, the layout needs to be provided to the manufacturer.
For proper lightning protection, the lightning conductors should be pre-laid inside or around the foundation of the modular substation. The ground connection and lightning protection of the transformer can be used as a joint grounding system. The foundation platform should have at least two grounding cables, and the grounding resistance should be guaranteed to be less than or equal to 4 Ohm (R≤4Ω).
To ensure waterproofing, the gap between the modular substation and the foundation should be sealed with cement concrete.
