It is a pre-installed box transformer substation equipped with GIS, RMU, switchgear, circuit breaker, and load switch. The power distribution cabinet is housed in an E-House, making it a convenient and reliable solution for power distribution needs.
The foundation layout for our modular substation can be provided by the manufacturer. However, if the customer or user prefers, they can design the foundation themselves, but the layout needs to be provided to the manufacturer.
For proper installation, the lightning conductors should be pre-laid inside or around the foundation of the modular substation. The ground connection and lightning protection of the transformer can be used as a joint grounding system. The foundation platform should have at least two grounding cables, and the grounding resistance should be guaranteed to be less than or equal to 4 Ohm (R≤4Ω).
To ensure waterproofing, the gap between the modular substation and the foundation should be sealed with cement concrete.
