Installation

The manufacturer can provide the foundation layout for their modular substation. However, the customer or user can also design the foundation themselves, as long as the layout is provided to the manufacturer. It is important to pre-lay the lightning conductors inside or around the foundation of the modular substation. The ground connection and lightning protection of the transformer can be used as a joint grounding system. The foundation platform should have at least two grounding cables, and the grounding resistance should be guaranteed to be less than or equal to 4 Ohm (R≤4Ω). To ensure waterproofing, the gap between the modular substation and the foundation should be sealed with cement concrete.
